Tube Turns manufactures a complete line of manways for all vessel applications found in the food, beer, wine, dairy, general processing and pharmaceutical industries. Our manways can be equipped with various component options such as sight glasses, process lighting, safety grates, spring lift assist, and locking pins. Available materials are 304L and 316L stainless steel. Gasket material options include EPDM, silicone, Viton®, Teflon® encapsulated Viton® and Teflon® encapsulated silicone. Other materials are available upon request.

We manufacture closures for any application 0 PSI to 300 PSI ratings.
A complete unit normally costs less than the component parts for a blind or slip-on flange combination. There need be no additional expenses for hinges, hoists, davits, etc., as the closure can be fully assembled when shipped. Furthermore, installation-labor charges are held to a minimum; a single butt weld joins the closure to the vessel, vessel nozzle, or pipe.
Automated Manway Designs Available
Tube Turns® offers Double-Bolt Yoke Style Closures that are readily adaptable to a wide variety of operating aids ranging from a single-lever chain and sprocket drives to completely automated designs, which can be operated by the touch of a button. This rapid-operating open/close automation can be driven by mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic power sources, to provide safe and convenient quick opening and closing for numerous applications.
